1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain accessories may not be eligible for return once opened (e.g., cleaning kits, protective covers).
3. Refunds
- Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed via:
- Replacement product (preferred option), OR
- Bank transfer to the customer’s account (if replacement is not possible).
- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
4. Return Process

- Our support team will review your request and provide instructions.
- Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our designated return address.
- After inspection, we will process your replacement or refund.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), HarperZoom will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
