Returns and Refunds Policy

At HarperZoom, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition.
    • Returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain accessories may not be eligible for return once opened (e.g., cleaning kits, protective covers).

3. Refunds

  • Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed via:
    • Replacement product (preferred option), OR
    • Bank transfer to the customer’s account (if replacement is not possible).
  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Return Process

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions.
  3. Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our designated return address.
  4. After inspection, we will process your replacement or refund.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), HarperZoom will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
